At FAO Schwarz, we want your experience to be as magical as our store; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  After confirming your return, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and secure it to the outside of your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack your items with all original tags and documentation included, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our toy soldiers inspect your return at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
